Excellent in all areas! This is the second time I bought a plant from them. Quick delivery, great packaging, and healthy plant. What more could you ask for?

I read about Emerald Petite Arborvitae online and realized it was the perfect plant for a space in my front garden. Its max height is 5-6 feet. I tried to purchase local, but neither of the local nurseries carried it. So I looked online. I’ve purchased plants online before and it has been kind of hit or miss with the quality.

The plants from Almanac were excellent. Very healthy, very green, exactly what I wanted. They went in the ground yesterday and already look great.

This is my first time ordering plants online and I was very hesitant initially. But Justin from the Almanac team was very professional, thorough and took time to give detailed answer to all my questions before I placed the order. And the plants came in couple of days in a perfect condition, neatly packed, no damage to any part of the plant. You can tell the plants were very well cared for. I ordered Emerald petite Arborvitae which I couldn't find in any local nursery in Michigan. Excellent customer service , prompt responses and great plants. Healthy, sturdy plant arrived promptly and in wonderful packaging. I've just ordered another one, having found just 'the right spot' for it elsewhere in my gardens. Very happy gardener here.

Taking a risk, we ordered 2 Hakone grass plants.
First of all, placing the order was like greased lightning. It was just wonderful... that's the webpage.... The pictures and all the stuff that had to do with placing the order.
Second of all man, these plants arrived like they were gold bars shipped from the vault.... They were wrapped with extreme care. They were double wrapped in hard paper and they were delivered in perfect shape.
Thirdly, we're already looking at other items we're going to purchase.... And we look forward to the same quality of service and product.... We are really surprised at the quality of service from a small family owned business.

I didnt even know such a thing existed but when they got here they were beautiful. Completly healthy and perfectly shaped. These were not seedlings but at least 2 foot plants.. I orded a second batch. Both orders came within days. I order alot online and these folks are as good as it gets.
