Shipment of evergreen Tater Toft shrubs arrived securely wrapped to protect the plants. Planting and growing instructions were enclosed. The plants arrived vigorous, green and hydrated. YELLOWISH EVERGREEN TATER TOT PLANTS

The tater tot evergreen plants were not what I expected the plants was yellowish i was told because of the frost in Philadelphia that’s why they were that color. I should have been told up front so i could make a chores to order or not i tried to return them but was told they weren’t going to accept them back so now
I am Stuck with 10 plants, you took my money and I was told about bad weather in Philadelphia
And for that reason I give you a 0 STAR

Thanks for your review, Bobbie! We're saddened to hear that your plants didn't meet your expectations! We have to allow most of our outdoor plants to enter dormancy since it's required for them to survive. The fact that your arbs were in dormancy is why they were not quite as vibrant as you expected. Although they are not quite as visually striking during winter, dormant plants are much safer to ship and transport. We're sure that your plants will regain their vibrancy in the spring, especially with proper care and fertilization! Thanks for your business!
